The first impression did little to gain our confidence, let alone our money. The agent that answered the phone appeared as though he was part of the call center. After about five minutes on hold, he was able to connect me to an agent that was supposed to be able to answer all of my questions. That was hardly the case.
He informed me the $22 fee was for all players regardless if they only used the Internet or added the call center. This price includes the casino, but they only have RNG action. When I asked about a live casino, the agent literally had no idea what I was talking about. This was definitely a red flag.
The warning signs continued when I asked about a custom URL or common site for wagering. He could not even supply me with a URL for a test account or to even view because "I have no idea what sites are up and running right now." Mind you, he took about two minutes of searching domain names to try to find me an operational site and was unsuccessful. How can a salesperson not know the domains they use for bettors?.
The company requires a $500 deposit to get started and your balance must be in the black in order to continue services. There is no free website and the cannot design one. Again, I really do not think the agent had any idea what I was actually talking about inthis regard.
Overall, we are going to say stay away from BeAnOffshoreBookie.com. Claiming over 12 years in the PPH industry and over 40 years in offshore bookmaking, I find it very hard to believe they could not get more qualified people to work their phones and sell their product. With no free website, no line control, no poker, and no live casino, it is hardly worth the $22 per player they are asking.
