Price for the site is reasonable at $10 flat rate per head for Internet players and $12 per player for phone. It is a tiered system, so you are only being billed for the service your players are using. In other words, if you have nine players using the Internet and one player using phone, the bill for the week would be $102.

Before actually leaving a number, we tried the live chat option, which led to more frustration as it merely took a message and email, but we were never connected to an actual agent.
