Be an Offshore Bookie

The first impression did little to gain our confidence, let alone our money. The agent that answered the phone appeared as though he was part of the call center. After about five minutes on hold, he was able to connect me to an agent that was supposed to be able to answer all of my questions. That was hardly the case.

Agent answering phone was the same person responsible for answering all questions, which is always a bonus. Price for the site is reasonable at $10 flat rate per head for Internet players and $12 per player for phone. It is a tiered system, so you are only being billed for the service your players are using. In other words, if you have nine players using the Internet and one player using phone, the bill for the week would be $102.

Horizon Per Head

Right off the bat, we have very little confidence in this company. I called several times and was constantly sent to an answering machine where I had to leave my number for a return call. Before actually leaving a number, we tried the live chat option, which led to more frustration as it merely took a message and email, but we were never connected to an actual agent.
