PPH 4 Less

Right off the bat, we have very little confidence in this company. I called several times and was constantly sent to an answering machine where I had to leave my number for a return call. Before actually leaving a number, we tried the live chat option, which led to more frustration as it merely took a message and email, but we were never connected to an actual agent.

The agent that called me back was way too pushy for my liking. I felt like I was dealing with a betting service instead of a PPH service. He would not come right out and quote a price saying that every package is tailor made to fit the needs of the client. IMO, this is just another way of them trying to find out what you are willing to pay before actually giving you a price.

The website of the company does nothing more than take up space. It says a lot without saying anything. Click on a tab and you get little information other than standard fluff you can find on just about any other website.

With the difficulties I had in getting in touch with an agent and the lack of solid pricing listed on the site, we are going to recommend that you steer clear of this PPH service. If they want our business, they need to do a better job of both customer service and in being more forthcoming with information on the website.
